Virtual Network Computing - VNC

Virtual Network Computing (VNC) is a protocol developed by a group in the United Kingdom to let you remotely display and control another computer. This is very useful, if you want to use one computer to access other computers on your network.

To make VNC work, you need to run a server on all the machines you want to be able to access and then you need a client (sometimes called a VNC viewer) program so you can connect to the servers. The VNC homepage has a list of many of the servers and clients available.
