Kathy Davies - 36, married, unconventional Christian.

Blogging for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. I've known several people who have survived cancer and have received help from LAF and I've known several people whose lives were taken by cancer. LAF is a great organization, helping those with cancer and their families, as well as helping in cancer research.

I'm also a huge fan of Lance Armstrong and, after reading his book, It's Not About the Bike, I've been raising money for LAF in any way I can!

Using Matrix theme because it is a life theme.

Subscribes to the Catholic - Jewish - Messianc - Christian philosophy of religion.

What does that mean? Read and you'll see.

The Red Pill

When Morhpeus offers Neo the red or blue pill, there is symbolism there that tells us which choice is right, even if we don't understand the difference between them.

The blue pill is offered in Morpheus' left hand. The left side is used to represent something that is backwards or weaker (a left-handed compliment). Blue is symbolic of sleep and dreaming.

The red pill is in the right hand. The right side represents what is just, good, or proper. Red is associated with blood, such as the blood of Christ. It is also symbolic of danger, anger, and Satan, which are things Neo (and Christians) have to deal with if they choose the Red Pill.
