Well, we have returned from the 'Crusin' in the Country
Century' bicycling event in Claxton, Ga. A good time was had by
all.
I heard of only one broken wrist, and in a group of 800-1000 cyclists,
that's pretty darned good! I'm sure there are plenty of saddle sores and aching
muscles, but I really heard no complaints.
We also skipped out on some of the weekend to see 'The Matrix: Revolutions.' It was fabulous! I was annoyed at some of the other viewers who didn't seem to understand some of what was going on and the significance of it all...there was a bit of inappropriate giggling and such. But this is certainly a deep and thought provoking movie, so you can't expect it to be for everyone.
I plan to see it at least once more in the theater and probably won't write much about it for a while, as our lives are so busy right now that I don't have time, and this is the kind of movie that requires much thought and discussion before committing ideas to paper!
