Emailing your work as an attachment

When submitting your
work via email, please follow these instructions.
Please note: All work should be typed in Microsoft
Word. If you do not have Microsoft Word (which is
available on all MES computers), please see me.
1. Before attempting to email anything, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SAVED IT!!! If you're at school, you should save it to my folder (Anderson) on the Network.
2. You will need to CLOSE Microsoft Word before you can attach your essay.
3. Log into your email account.
4. Select COMPOSE (or New Message, etc.)
5. In the ADDRESS box: kanderson@shschools.com
6. In the SUBJECT box: Your Name's Essay (ex. Laura Smith's essay)
7. Select ATTACH FILE
8. Select BROWSE
9. Find your essay, and select OPEN
10. Select ATTACH
11. In the space where you would normally type your email, write: Please See Attached
12. SEND!
