Sony and Panasonic is really competing hard for this market.

But, don't get fooled by the word "5.1 Surround" because it will be 4 channel surround placed in 5.1 by the software. I give a credit that Sony made the camera to record 4 channel surround on a miniDV cam, but they should not mix up 4 channel surround and 5.1 surround together. They have responsibilities to explain the exact difference. This type of skeptical marketing is very bad as the same way that pollution is bad to the environment. Sony, you should not make the same mistake that you said CD is better sounding than analog, then later you said it was not true in order to explain SACD is better than CD.
