Jimmy Carl Black



I had the unique experience of working with Jimmy Carl and "God of Hellfire" Arthur Brown, I guess it was sometime in the ... sometime between 1979 and 1987, on a remodeling crew. We were tasked with repairing a leaky apartment complex. The whole project was built worse than a US car of the same era. It was a hopeless task and everyone knew it. To do it right would have meant demolition. Instead we had shopping carts full of tubes of sealant and did our daily sisyphean squeezing of caulk. Bullshit work for bullshit money to pay bullshit bills, ah but we had fun.
