TOP: My 20-meter band vertical antenna made from tentpoles.
It tuned very nicely on 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, and 40 meters.
BOTTOM: My friends and hosts Lawrence Jacobs VO2LJ and son Dean VO2DJ with whom
I still maintain contact. Labradorites are the friendliest people in the world and
Lawrence and Dean are typical. Lawrence is retired from Iron Ore of Canada, Ltd. and
spends his time hunting, fishing, and trapping when he's not on the radio.
