When it comes to the jobhunt, I certainly do not have all the answers. But, I am hoping that some of the resources that have helped me in this journey might be useful for you too...

So that's why this web site.   If somebody asks if I have any ideas, instead of keeping them on the phone for an hour or sending a longwinded email (easily deleted), all I need to do is send them to this "online notebook" for a quick summary.  If you're visiting from far away, I should mention that this site was originally intended to help my friends who are looking for computer-related work in the Philadelphia area.  But it's evolving into something a lot more generic, so it might be worth a peek...

By the way, we've been getting some really great suggestions and resources to add to the web site, so I probably should not keep calling it "john's underground guide".  But hey...
