Michael J. Valiquette is the president and founder of the company.  Michael started at the age of 18 as an apprentice to a master carpenter on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.    He worked and learned until he himself became a master carpenter.  Since then he has had his own business, working in all aspects of the building industry, learning about all the trades of the field along his journey.  

Sandcastle Construction has been on Sanibel Florida for nearly 15 years now.  We at Sandcastle believe that building or renovating your "dream house" should not be a nightmare for homeowners, as unfortunately it often is.  As an expertise in the field, Michael uses the knowledge acquired over the years to build each house as if it were his own.
