These scripts are all in Compiled Script format, you need to build your own Applet using Script Editor. This is to make sure you look through the scripts first before running anything. Prudence is the key word, yes?

Warning: most of these done by me in a hurry, so very rough and unpolished:)

Note for OS 9 and OS X columns below: NT means not tested yet. If you test it and it works, let me know!

iMovieImportJPEG Currently, iMovie in OS X 10.1 does not allow you to import pictures downloaded from a camera directly. Save as a droplet and just drag and drop your JPEGs to use.

Singtel Message Paging Enables you to send a message to any SingTel message pager subscriber. Requires Microsoft Entourage but easily modified otherwise for other email clients.

PicsReMum This script batch renames a bunch of files dropped onto it. User defines the filename heading, start number and creator. Good for reorganising files from digital still cameras, which are usually oddly named. NOTE: It does NOT change the file format - just the name and the type creator

DuplicateTester Drag and drop a tab-delimited file over this applet and it will check specified columns for duplicates. Results will be saved in a report where you specify.

UserFolderDuper The compiled applet duplicates the MasterFolder into the Copies Folder, using a Data file of user names in the Data folder. Good for creating large student/user accounts where you want to use an admin determined folder set. place applet in same folder as the MasterFolder, etc.

Terminal Opacity This script sets Terminal windows to a user defined opacity. I like to use translucent windows as I allows me to continue seeing finder windows with the files I am working on underneath.

UserXMLCruncher
This script goes through a tab delimited user list and generate the XML for import into OS X Server 10.0. As it was specific to a school we set up for, better you just go through the script and see how its done. This was a 2 hour rush job, so don't expect something too pretty.
