Fort De Soto |
| Fall is a great time of year to visit historic Fort De Soto on Mullet Key. The fort is on the National Register of Historic Places and offers amazing photo opportunities. Nature trails chris cross the key and wildlife abounds at every turn in the trail. Hundreds of species of birds occur on the key and Gopher Tortoises are common. Bald Eagles are frequently seen, too.
