I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt from your Office of application for Pension No. 264.477, and to return it herewith, with such information as is furnished by the files of this Office.
 
It appears from the Rolls on file in this Office that Wm Lunn Jr. was enrolled on the 13th day of Aug, 1862, at New Lisbon in Co. K, 121st Regiment of New York Volunteers, to serve 3 years or during the war, and mustered into service as a Pvt. on the 23rd day of August, 1862, at Herkimer, N.Y., in Co. K, 121st Regiment of New York Volunteers, to serve 3 years, or during the war. On the Muster Rolls of Co K of that Regiment, to Feby 28th, 1863, he is reported Present, without remark as to disability. To June 3 of 63 Present, without remark as to wound. July and Aug. 1863 Absent sick in Hospl. Same report to Dec 31/63. Jan and Feb 1864 Pvt. Transf'd to Invalid Corps.
The records of this office do not furnish any evidence of diarrhea or wound as claimed.
Muster Rolls of 81 Co 2 Batt VRG to which transferred Oct. 26th 1863 to Feby 29th, 1864 Present. Muster Rolls of Co F 18th Regt VRG to which transferred for Mar. & Apr. 1864 Present. similar report to April 30th 1865.
He was mustered out on De't MOR June, 27th 1865 at Washington, DC a Sergt per GO no 116 also June 17th 1865
