General Affidavit

State of New York County of Otsego

 

In claim No 177629 of Wm Lunn of Co. K of the 121 Regt. of N.Y. Vols. Personally appeared before the undersigned duly authorized to administer oaths within and for said County, Henry B Huelson aged 60 years, whose P.O. is Welcome, County of Otsego State of New York, who being duly sworn, states in relation to said claim as follows to-wit:

I am a neighbor of this Claimant and have known him for 39 years and am as well acquainted with his habits as a neighbor can well be and know therefore that to the best of my knowledge and beleif that his afflictions Gun Shot wound of left thigh enlargement of liver and spleen are not due to viscious Habits I derive my knowledge from seeing him verry frequently and conversing with him and Personaly know him to be a man always of excelent Habits

Deponent furter states that this affidavit was written by Jonathan R Neff a Notary Public and I was personaly present and Dictated its contents.

 

And affiant further states that he has no interest in this claim.
