William Lunn being duly sworn deposes and says, - that he was a private in Co. K 121 Reg. N.Y. Vol Inf - that he is claimant No. 177629 for an increase of Pension, That Dr. Holt who was at the time claimant was wounded Acting Surgeon of the Reg. and who afterwards treated hm for chronic Diarrhoea is now dead.

That Drs. Mathers & Wheeler of Garrattsville N.Y. both family Physicians in the claimants family and who treated him after his return from the war are also dead.

That Dr N B Chambers of Hartwick N.Y. treated him a little for Chronic Diarrhoea Malaria and chills.
