William Lunn being duly Sworn deposeth and saith that he was a member of Compay K 121st Regiment of NY Volunteers that he was treated in Regimental Hospital for Chronic Diahreah by Doctors Valentine and Holt both of them now dead John A Solcum came in command as a Surgeon about the time he lefte the regiment for Lincoln general Hospital that he cannot tell the names of the Doctors at that hospital that he is not acquainted with any of the assistant Surgeons since he left for Lincoln Hospital and that he cannot give the affidavit of the Surgeon or assistant Surgeons of claimants Regiment as to the treatment of his case
