G W P Wheeler MD being duly Sworn deposeth and Saith That he has known William Lunn the Claimant late of Company K 121st NY Volunteers since his return from the army

that he has been troubled with Lethargy and disease of the liver so it is nessary for him to be treated by a Phician for fevers caused by chronic Diareah and disease of the liver each and every year Since his return from the army which I also consider causes the Lethargy which now affects him.
