In accordance with instructions of the President of the Board of Managers, National Home of D.V.S., I have the honor to transmit herewith Pension Certificate No. 807,452, of Edward H. Lunn, deceased, late of _____Co., 1st Bty. Regiment Wisconsin Light Artillery, who died at this Branch, on the 7th day of May, 1917.
 
Cause of death. Arterio Sclerotoc Dementia: Mitral Insufficiency.
