Yucatan Road Trip Part 1 / Katanchel Hacienda 1July 2000 - This is the gate from the parking area to the Katanchel Hacienda. It was a heniquen (rope) hacienda in the 19th century but has been fixed up as a luxury place to stay. This is about 40 kilometers on the east side of Merida. We stayed here a couple of nights. |
