We hope you will consider joining the Rye PTA. Members may join at any time during the school year. For the small fee of $8.00 if you become a member of the Rye PTA you will have access to the National PTA as well as local participation.

.  "This Week in Washington," an electronic newsletter produced when Congress is in session that explains what’s going on in our nation’s capital that affects families and education.

.  Free e-learning courses on subjects such as conflict resolution, time management, and goal setting, which carry over to one’s personal life, as well as a course on PTA basics.

.  Discounted member rates for the annual National PTA Convention and on subscriptions to the print version of "Our Children" magazine.

.  Access to join the Member-to-Member Network, the grassroots advocacy system providing direct contact by PTA members with members of Congress.

.  Chance to come to PTA meetings and have your say in various fund-raisers, activities and enrichment for the children in the school.

.  Meet other parents and teachers and have a great support group in the community.

.  Even if you cannot actively participate in the PTA your contribution will help towards the many activities that the PTA is involved in to enrich the lives of your child in school.
