This animation explains how the scheme work in urban terms:
- The presence of the train station will increase pedestrian flow along site's borders.
- Ground floor retailing and shopping areas keep the building line, and isolate the housing areas from street nuisance.
- The internal courtyard is kept isolated from the street, but visually integrated to the surrounding activity.
