Within a structural core of 60 sq. mt. a series of layouts can be obtained, always keeping the services core (bathrooms and ventilation ducts) as constants within the floor plan. Cavity walls enclose the exterior, while flexible drywall partitions are used in the interior areas. Flat type A is a 90 sq.mt. duplex, allowing layout for 1 or 2 bedrooms, as well as a complete free plan. Measurements are in meters. Second Floor Flat Type A+B In this floor plan , flat type A is a occupies half of the available area, using it as a second floor for 1 bedroom , and flat B is a 36 sq.mt. studio. At the moment is still unclear the role of the kitchen and bathroom spaces, in terms of size and specifications. Also the entrance wall is going to be opened to take advantage from the daylight gathered through the staircase. Measurements are in meters. Basic Volume This rendering shows the basic building unit; above the ground floor the housing areas develop, finishing with a duplex flat.
