In Memoriam
Eugene A. Rohrbach
1928 - 2009

Horse races and poker hands
No crying over spilt milk
His life taken as it came

Money won and money lost
Lessons taught along the way
Every day a gamble 'til the end

With firmness and fairness
And an unassailable rightness
He simply made his stand

Without bluff, brag, or boast
Without celebration or complaint
A life given in service to all

Nothing for us to do
But send him into heaven
Holding a royal flush

I love you, Dad.
