Entropy

Freshly mowed and raked
The grass a plush green carpet
A leave falls laughing

A new coat of paint
Oh so painstakingly applied
Smudged before it dries

Each hair in its place
Brushed and combed to perfection
A single curl smiles

Control exercised
Over the uncontrollable
Mother nature grins
