A division of Robell Media Promotions, the UK’s leading operator of character and licensed fan clubs. Robell Design specialises in the production of 2 dimensional work and the setup, creation and administration of web sites including online e-commerce websites. Clients I have worked for recently include: Saga, Granada Media Group, Wildnet, BMG Music UK, Mattel, Euromark, Harper Collins and Tiger Electronics.
Key Achievements: Problem solving, meeting deadlines, improving systems efficiency, teamwork, responsible for technical implementation of all Macintosh and PC systems, administration of NTT/Verio VPS v2 servers, knowledge of internet languages.
Asked to join Robell Media Promotions as the companies first in-house Graphic Designer. Initially the job involved the production of catalogues, newsletters, collectable items and adverts, but in 1999 Robell Design was formed as a separate design agency and I was asked to handle outside clients as well as in house design for the parent company. I am seen as the senior designer in the team and also the head IT management and online server administration for the Robell company as a whole. Recently my area of work has changed more towards internet design and development, requiring me to create dynamic websites integrating many internet languages. I have also had experience working with XSL, AJAX, MySQL, PHP, WebDAV, WML and CGI but hope to improve on these more. I also have a some experience with Access and online databases.
• As a member of the Robell Design team, I am responsible for the day to day management and running of the systems and the design archive.
• I administrate the PC and Mac systems performing maintenance, upgrades and repairs. This can be simply day to day management or full logic board replacements.
• I Integrate all new systems and software into the design process to help meet the demand of our clients

I joined PB Glassware after receiving my Nation Diploma at Berkshire College of Art and Design. I was given the responsibility of keeping a productive and tidy workshop in order to meet very tight deadlines. The management had trust in my skills as a glass cutter, fitter and solderer as well as the ability to work alone under pressure. I was also required to work at other workshops around southern England in order to help keep projects on track and help oversee the fitting of larger jobs.
