 eBay Watcher on the iPhone and iPod Touch
Since the iPhone was announced we have been thinking about adding eBay watcher to the line up of iPhone applications/widgets. However with Apple's decision to keep the iPhone development closed to outside world, this has proven to be a huge hurdle, until now.
Currently at build v0.6, this installation is not for thae faint hearted, you will essentially be hacking your iPhone or iPod Touch.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently My eBay only works if you have a "Mac" and a registered copy of the eBay Watcher Widget.

How do I install My eBay for iPhone/iPod Touch?
This native iPhone/iPod Touch application will pull your My eBay data from ebay.com and display it onscreen in a scrollable list. The available My eBay data viewable is: Watching, Bidding, Won, Didn't Win, Selling, Sold, Unsold. If you select an item on the list, it will open Safari and display the eBay page for that item.
To install this application on your iPhone or iPod Touch, you must know how to jail-break the iPhone and install the software needed. The following sites provides excellent information on this topic.

DO NOT ASK US TO HELP YOU ON JAIL BREAKING AND INSTALLING SOFTWARE ON THE IPHONE OR IPOD TOUCH.
This application will not work unless you have a valid eBay token. To obtain the token,
1. Install and register the widget "eBay Watcher v4.1.5 upwards" on your Mac
2. Follow the steps to obtain the eBay Token
3. Now press the 'Copy Token to My eBay' button on the Token preference pain and follow the on screen instructions to add the token to your My eBay app.
4. Once the Token has been copied download the "My eBay.app" to your iPhone.
If you have the newer firmware for iPhone/iTouch, you need to make sure the permissions of the following files on your iPhone/iTouch
/Applications/My eBay.app/Data.plist /Applications/MyeBay.app/MyeBayData.plist
are rw-rw-rw-. The permissions can be changed using the cyberduck application.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damage caused to your iPhone or iPod Touch by this tool. Remember that you can always use iTunes to restore your iPhone or iPod Touch to it's original state. Supports Firmware 1.1.3 on the iPhone.
