We cannot board guinea pigs with a contagious illness or skin condition for the health and safety of our other animals and boarders.

If your guinea pig requires medication or any special treatment this must be discussed at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate their needs.

If your pet becomes unwell during the holiday we will contact you on the emergency number provided, if possible, before administering treatment, however we will seek immediate advice or treatment from a vet to prevent suffering. All vet bills will be charged to you upon return. You will be asked to sign a consent form to this effect upon arrival.
