Nearly there...Winter in southern California brings with it the
Santa Ana's. A hot, dry wind that sweeps out of the desert towards the pacific,
it's brought with it the ash from the recent forest fires. A yellow haze
obscures the horizon out to sea, and my lips are
chapped.
