A Little More About Me...

I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1983 but I grew up in Oklahoma for the next 18 years.  In 2001, I enrolled at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.  Majoring in Computer Science I graduated in May of 2005.  During college I was lucky enough to find an amazing woman named Susan who I married in July 2005.  

After an “extended honeymoon” for a couple months in Oklahoma, we moved to the NYC area and I worked programming video games on cell phones. Just a few months after getting there, we moved cross country to the Seattle, WA area where much better opportunities (and rain) waited.

Now I work as a Software Development Engineer in the Macintosh Business Unit at Microsoft! I'm busy these days working on the way cool new graphics engine that powers Office for Mac OS X. I do things like make shapes look pretty and make text curve around all crazy. At work, I am also a professional rockstar.

Susan and I happily live on the side of a mountain in Issaquah, Washington with our two kids cats Melody and Harmony.
