Well, there's no question about it. I have a rather large herniated disc in my lower back. I've seen the MRI scans and its bad. It is pinching the main nerve that goes to my left leg thus making my leg hurt all the freakin time.
So this afternoon, I'm going to the Tulsa Spine Hospital for microdiscectomy. This is full blown surgery where they go in, carve out some bone on my spine, move my pinched nerve, cut out part of the disc that is pushing on the nerve, and then move the nerve back into place. Fun times today.
There's lots of job news, but I'll tell you about that after I survive the knife. |
