HELLO FROM KANSAS! (updated Tuesday March 15th)
Okay! Whew it's been a struggle but here's what we know / have done right now:
-- The date is still July 23rd 2005
-- The location is Valley View United Methodist Church in Overland Park Kansas
-- We are registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and JC Penny's (with more to come probably)
-- The photographers are Kansas Memories
-- The videographers are also Kansas Memories (different link)
-- The wedding party has been chosen and is mostly confirmed... ::glares at Aaron!!!!:: ;-)
-- Susan has a dress!!!!!!!!!
-- I picked out tuxes (from Men's Wearhouse)!!
-- Talked with the wedding coordinator at the church
-- The reception will be at the Bacchanalia (newly renovated place)
-- The ceremony time is set at 4 PM
-- Are about 2/3rds done with premarital counseling
-- We bought the wedding ring/bands! |
Here's what we're working on right now:
-- We are looking for a brass quintet
-- We have appointments scheduled and hope to pick a florist this week
-- Various bridesmaid's dresses are being heavily considered currently
-- We may register some more places
-- We have engagement photos scheduled to be taken
-- We have arranged a meeting of the parents for Easter weekend
