"Clicker" application for Bluetooth devices changes name to "Salling Clicker"
Stockholm, SwedenMay 10 2003Salling Software AB today announced the new name "Salling Clicker" for its groundbreaking application that lets users remotely control almost any Macintosh application from compatible Sony Ericsson mobile phones.
"The user reaction to Clicker has been phenomenal and our commitment to Sony Ericsson products remains very strong," said Jonas Salling, software artisan and Salling Software's creative force. "Going forward, however, I felt it made a lot of sense to not rule out the possibility of supporting other mobile devices."
Salling Clicker v.1.5 is available through Salling's Software web site (www.salling.com) for a price of $9.95 (US) per user license. In unregistered "trial mode", Salling Clicker is limited to 30 clicks at a time. The software is designed to run on all Bluetooth equipped Macintosh computers and requires a compatible Sony Ericsson mobile phone (T39, T520, T68, T68i, or T610) and Mac OS X version 10.2.4 or later.
Salling Software spear-headed the development of Sony Ericsson compatible software applications for the Macintosh in 2002. Salling Software is committed to bringing innovative, fun, and easy to use software applications to Macintosh users worldwide. |
