Pointing Fingers Again

Last Thursday I remarked on the Day's editorial, in which, after publishing several anti-Clinton smears, it concluded that, though, Clinton was largely right that his Administration had been more proactive about terrorism than Bush's, the discussion was largely pointless and really not, as they (and Condi) put it, "a very fruitful discussion". The title of the Editorial was "Pointing Fingers Again". (Keep that title in mind please)

I pointed out that this was an odd position for the Day to take. If the subject was not worth discussing, then why did they devote so much space to it, always from an anti-Clinton perspective?

In light of their editorial, you'd think they would at least, now, put the subject to rest, since providing the least bit of balance to the discussion is clearly beyond them. But no, today they print yet another cartoon by the right wing cartoonist to whom they gave space last week. And, in light of the title to their editorial, could you ask for any more in the way of irony:

You couldn't make this stuff up. And by the way, we are still supposed to believe that the Day is not trying to push this meme, since they don't necessarily endorse any of the stuff they keep choosing to print.
