NBC protects George from the Dixie Chicks


Two stories today illustrating our slow, steady slide toward fascism.

NBC has refused to run ads for the Dixie Chicks movie Shut up and Sing, because "they are disparaging to President Bush."

Meanwhile, the Department of Defense has blocked left wing blog sites for military personnel. No problem getting to the right wing sites.

These are the kinds of insidious things that the Democrats (should they take over) should start getting on once the first 100 hours are over.

By the way, don't miss the movie, assuming it comes to a theatre near you.
