1. JOHN was born about 1839 in Perry Twp, Carroll County OH being the only child listed in the 1840 census. In 1850 he was 11 and in 1860 21. In 1870 Perry Twp there was a John Wyant aged 29 with wife Nancy J 25 and son William M 3. This could be the 1880 family in Scio Twp, Harrison Co, OH - John Wyandt 38, Nancy Jane 32, Muson W 13, Charles B 6. In 1900 Nancy J Wyant was listed in Akron, Summit Co, OH, born March, 1845, widowed, 5 children of which 3 were living. Living with her was Clara B b August 1880. In the next household was Charles B Wyant b Apr 1873 and wife Edna b Feb 1877. They had been married one year and had a son Lester P b Nov 1899. The children are described further in the fourth generation.

2. GEORGE was born in February 1841 (according to the 1900 census) in Perry Twp, Carroll County OH. In 1850 he was listed as 8 and in 1860 17. In 1870 Rumley Twp, Harrison Co OH George Wyant 26 was listed with Texan wife Mary 24, and children Nancy 3, and Mary 2. In 1880 George N 9 was added. In 1900 George, a resident of Zanesville, Muskingham Co OH gave his birth as February 1841, and Mary's as December 1854 (should be 44?). They had been married 35 years - her 3 children were still living. The children are described further in the fourth generation.

3. H (HENRY?) E (ELIZABETH?) was born about 1846 in Perry Twp, Carroll County OH. In 1850 he (she) was 4 and in 1860 14.

4. M.C. (MARY CATHERINE) was born about 1857 in Perry Twp, Carroll County OH. In 1860 she was 3. As no relationships were given in that census it is possible she was not a daughter. No further record has been found.
