Turning Point Recognizes Judge Ballinger

"Help is On the Way" is the title of the framed Amish print which was presented to Marion County Municipal Court Judge Teresa Ballinger earlier this month by Turning Point.
The Judge was honored for her commitment to victims of crimes, including domestic violence victims and the Court Assistance Fund which she set up to provide services and resources to victims of crime.
Turning Point advocates along with the Marion Area Counseling's Victims Assistance representatives are in the courtroom daily to assist victims in the exercise of their rights.
