The very successful Australian Haberecht Family Reunion at Easter 2004 saw the launch of the Haberecht Family History Book. This 633 page book covers nine generations of all known branches of the Haberecht family in Australia. There are copies in a number of libraries, including that of the Genealogical Society of Queensland.

The Queensland reunion on September 10th, 2005 was also quite successful, with many family members discovering new family. On Sunday September 11th 2005 a commemorative plaque was placed on the grave of Susannah SCHUSTER, matriarch of the Queensland Haberechts, and wife of Ernst Wilhelm HABERECHT, in Bulimba Cemetery in Brisbane.
