The meticulous making finished puoduct
I bought a new pair of pants today, for less than
$2.
When I got home to try them on, I realized that the
buttonhole for closing the pants has not been cut through. There's a stitched
outline around where the buttonhole
should be,
but no buttonhole. Same story with the back pocket buttons, only in this case,
the button is sewn on though the back pocket and into the pants. So, if I want
to use the back pocket, all I have to do is snip the button off, pull out the
loose thread, cut the buttonhole through, and stitch the button back on. On both
pockets. And then cut the front buttonhole too.
Simple.
Attached to the back pocket button is a tag that reads -

I think I got my money's worth just with the label.
