Our research group has interests in synthetic and biological chemistry encompassing methodology, target synthesis, carbohydrate chemistry of various types, heterocycle chemistry and biocatalysis. The group comprises 3 PDRAs and 5 PhD students at the start of 2007 and we will be joined by a fourth PDRA in the next few months.

A significant part of work involves collaborations with biologists.
