When I became a Southern Baptist minister, I found no set service to celebrate Communion. I don't know if there is one, so I developed my own.
Since then, I've come to love the services in the Book of Common Prayer (copyright 1977, Church Hymnal Corporation and Seabury Press). They're simple and profound, and the people to whom I minister always compliment them after the celebration of Communion. Most of these services follow Rite II of Holy Eucharist.
You are free to modify them as you wish, but as with everything else on this site, you are not free to sell them. If they help you, please let me know.
Communion for the Homebound or Hospital This service can be formatted so it's small enough to fit in a standard Pastor's Manual or small, pocket-sized Bible.
