I've been riding my bicycle quite a bit lately. Tuesday and Thursday are my cardio days for physical therapy, so rather than walk on a treadmill indoors, I've been taking advantage of the great weather. The Illinois and Michigan Canal Trail is just beautiful. I've been taking a lot of pictures. If I get them online I'll be sure to post a link.
