Seeing was very good (8/10). This image was data reprocessed in March 2003 using IRIS Wavelet processing. 95 frames from a single AVI were ingested into IRIS. The frames were aligned combined, wavelet processed and color combined in IRIS. Final adjustment and mild unsharp masking in Photoshop.

Jupiter was about 50 deg. high in morning light. Io is just completing a transit. Seeing was 8-9 for Saturn directly overhead, but only 6-7 for Jupiter.

Jupiter was about 50 deg. high in morning light. Io is just reappearing from occulation and Ganymede's shadow is crossing the face of Jupiter.
