Worked out here today...a little walking......50'
I can still feel Wednesday's work-out.......
I got on and off my Stander/Work-out Station on my own...
First time......(Annie was standing next to me)....but no assist....
Thanksgiving at Ken's was great......food and fun was had by all.......

Cold, windy, rainy.......damn nasty......
no OT-PT.....power was out at UNC.
Walked 200' inside......
With lot's of Annie's help...... I did my work-out at home.....

Today looks like winter....overcast......47ª
Off to OT-PT at UNC.......the start of another week......
I feel pretty good....we'll see what happens.......more later......
Therapy went well......I'm still trying to learn how to seperate my arms and legs.
All of my muscles want to fire at the same time.....or not at all.
Walked in and out of the gym........
and got to use the new rails on the ramp....they are Deluxe!!!
Walked around 250'
Off to OT-PT at UNC.......the start of another week......
