Today is one of those days that reminds me of why I live in NC.

74ª....... the leaves a beautiful......a gentle breeze.......

I'll be outside on the deck, if anybody needs me.......

Annie and I walked 100' outside on the ramp..........JR

Just about too whupped to blog.......

pool today.......van still broke.......mechanic got fired......

perfect weather......leaves are falling fast......

Beautiful day.......the sun is out.......the birds are singing.....69ª

the neighbor is playing with his shotgun.......ah fall.

Yesterday we saw an eight-point buck on the way to PT-OT.

Overcast near 60ª......OT-PT day........

went well...walked about 150' plus therapy......

thank God that elections are over.......and Rumsfeld is gone......

this was the 1st day that I did upper body push-ups......yaaaaaaaaa!

Rain and more rain......
slow day ......a little walking .......... standard exercise.......JR

Another lovely day.....54ª......off to PT-OT

We went out in the community on Saturday .........
but I was too tired to blog......

Walked into the PT-OT building........did therapy....
and then got up and walked out and back to the trunk.....
then off to Sally and Claudius'

and still got home before dark.......

A nice day to do nothing....try and take time to stop.......

and smell the woodstoves.........JR
