The sun is out the sky is blue........73ª
It's pool day........we're taking the truck and the manual chair.......
should be an adventure........1st time....
It went well......stood up hands-free at the 3' depth......1st time....
got home and got out of the truck and walked up the ramp....
1st time walking after pool.......I must be getting a little stronger.....
Beautiful evening on the deck.........

60's this morning...80's this afternoon......
The van is still in the shop.......
We took the truck to Fearrington to see Sally and Claudius.......
that was fun as usual......
walked 100' outside with Annie.....
never made it out of the 70's......

Lovely day...77ª and sunny......
PT went well.....tall kneeling....doing a little bettter each time....
No OT today...
Took the truck again......van still in the shop with electrical problems........
My legs feel Monday's workout.....maybe 100' total today walking....
more later.......

Rain and drizzle.........66ª
I walked inside today.....150' or so.......
not too sore from yesterday's PT/OT.........
shower day....am I sharing too much?.....
Be Ye Clean......somewhere in Isaih......
I'm making my own daily cookie now.......
I get one....1 cookie a day.......no really....one.......
well it's actually two with peanut butter in between......
but when you close it up they become one.......
it's very hard to lose weight in a wheelchair......
I am proud to say ......I've kept my weight steady......
and still 10 lbs. less than before I Humpty Dump-tied......
I walked inside today.....150' or so.......
not too sore from yesterday's PT/OT.........

therapy.......
the van is acting up again.....58ª and overcast....
therapy went well.......PT & OT
Annie had to push me around since we took the manual wheelchair....
and I actually stood up out of the manual chair on my own....(1st time)
I got out of the truck on my own......(1st time)....
I enjoy riding in the front seat again.....I can see more.....
and then walked up the ramp (with my walker) and into the trailer.
