looking forward to pool therapy....I know it sounds like fun...
but it actually wears me out.

therapy left me tied but not completely whupped.......

Maybe the nicest day I've ever seen......
the leaves are changing

walked 100' this morning...I can "feel" yesterday's work-out......
but it didn't whup me......it's too nice outside to worry.....
