30's...Beautiful day....
I walked 100' this morning....
OT-PT went well....I got to my hands and knees
to tall kneeling without the help of a chair.....
I walked from the gym downstairs....to the elevators
then to the 7th floor gym....for OT.....about 350'....
Maybe more....for the first time.....
Still working on upper body strength......
I'm thinking about moving my blog to a different
server....that's faster....and has different options...
It will be located here....
