I walked 100' this morning....
We're off to Meadowmont for today's PT...
I pulled 15 lbs around the pool on a bungie cord...
Walked sideways with bands around my ankles...
I'll be sore tomorrow...I'll also be a little stronger...

Overcast.....snow,
sleet, rain mid 30's.....
All around yucky looking day....
I walked 100' this morning....
Whupped ....sore from yesterday's OT-PT...
But...I earned this soreness...
In OT I worked out with weights for an hour...
So.....I rested mostly today...

I walked 100' this morning....
No OT-PT....official holiday...
We went to Annie's mom's for Miriam's
Birthday...I rode in the front of the van.....
and walked in...sat down and ate lunch...
walked outside and sat on the deck....
When we returned home....I got out the van...
up the stairs and back in the house...
...at sunset...I exercised outside on our deck...
What a great day...

As I was walking my usual 100' this morning....
Annie had the front door open....so I headed
out the door, down the ramp...around the
corner...back up the stairs...so it turned into a
175' walk with stairs...1st outside morning walk.
Exercised outside on the deck..
Drop dead gorgeous afternoon...
Spent most of the day outside in the sun....
and walked another 100' outside, this afternoon....
As I was walking my usual 100' this morning....
Annie had the front door open....so I headed
