I walked 200' inside.....
And worked out on the deck.....
Dawn stopped in this morning.....
Dave came by...he's got an extra 50 GBs...
that doesn't show in the finder......oh well....
We saw the shuttle go over last night...thanks Jim...

We got up early to go see Dr. Lu...
That went well...
Tis the season for the new crop of interns....
I've lost 4 lbs. in 3 weeks.....PT-OT went great....
Tall kneeling...to seated.....then...
Got to my knees from a seated position...
Got called Atypical...I'll go along with that....
And walked about 250' + the NuStep machine...
We got up early to go see Dr. Lu...

I walked about 90' this morning.....
and 200' this afternoon 75' on my own....
Exercise on the deck was good.
We went to the mailbox ......
and saw the neighbors on their porch ....
and said hi......
