I walked 200' inside.....and 200' outside.....

I think I'm over the bug I had....

Cold....mid 30's.....no pool today.....Sandy is sick.....

Walked a little more than 100' inside and worked out here.

I feel better today......sunny, breezy, 57ª

I walked 100' indoors......

Dr. John came by........and I walked 50' outside........

Full moon.....chilly tonight.....

Walked about 90'....feel like I have a bug........

The van broke again.....but it's already fixed......

I'm not as sore as usual.......that's always nice........

I stopped all daily drugs...(4 days ago)...no more Baclofen.......

I feel better already.......

Hooked the I-Sight up that I got for my birthday...
