Ice cream
Vanilla Ice Cream:
Ingredients
1 modified Recipe Crème Anglaise (custard sauce) in which you:

Use half a cup of whip
cream and half a cup of milk
(This is not
necessary, anywhere from all milk to all cream will work)

Don’t bother cooling
the mixture at the end. Strain it
if you like and pour directly into ice cream maker. Follow directions on ice cream maker, which on the good ones
tend towards “press On button.
Come back in 30 min”

Chocolate Ice Cream:
Though most people who know me know I hate
chocolate Ice cream, this stuff was almost good.
When making the Crème Anglaise, use a
little less sugar and melt 2-3 ounces of chocolate in with the milk. At school we used 2 ounces of
semi-sweet, and then added another ounce of sharp chocolate broken into pieces
into the machine, resulting in a chunky chocolate ice cream.
